Snow

snowwww

This is a picture of trees with snow covered branches surrounded by snow covered ground.  I love the snow and it’s finally begun falling.  Winter is my favorite season and I couldn’t be happier with the weather right now.  Thank you to Luminous Landscape for the lovely picture.

England

December 2nd, 2009

If I could go to any country I think I would go to England.  I’m not sure why but ever since I can remember I’ve wanted to go there.  I wish I could say I wanted to go to a country with a beautiful language that’s different than mine but I’d rather just go to England.  Don’t get me wrong, I loved France and would love to go back and it would be awesome to see Germany or China.  But England is just a dream of mine.

Dreams

November 16th, 2009

When people think of dreams they most often think of the ones you have while sleeping.  There are other dreams too though.  The things you want to do when you get older and the places you want to see and experience are dreams to.  So, my questions for you is:

What are your dreams?  Where do you want to be someday?  What are you going to do to get there?

Favorite Holiday

November 16th, 2009

I think my favorite holiday is probably Christmas.  Not because of the presents or money.  My dad gets alot of time off of work and we get to go visit family that I don’t see very often.  Also, we get to just hang around at home and watch movies or play games.  To me it’s really about spending time with my family and having fun.

Commenting Updates

November 10th, 2009

After 8 weeks of doing this challenge, my commenting skills have changed.  Now, when I read a post, instead of just exiting the window or picking a new link to go to, I post a comment first.  I try to find something that I like in it and tell them.  Or if the post is about something I’ve never tried, I ask them about it.  Doing this has allowed me to connect to the edublogs community.

My Positive Digital Footprint

November 10th, 2009

A positive internet footprint is how you allow people on the internet to view you.  I find it very easy to keep a positive internet footprint.  On any site I’m on I make sure to never post my last name, phone number, or address.  Also, I make sure that any picture I post is appropriate and that I wouldn’t mind everyone seeing.  Once you post a picture, it’s there for the world to see.  The sites that I’m talking of are myspace and facebook.  With these sites you have to be very, very careful.  There’s tons of people on them and you can’t really trust any of them.

Dream Vacation

October 20th, 2009

My dream vacation is to travel around Europe.  The main countries I would love to go to is London, France, Italy, Ireland and Germany.  I’ve already been to France and that was a great expierence but I would love to go back when I’m a little bit older!  I’m not really sure when I decided that I wanted to visit these countries.  I just know that one day I started talking about it and it’s been a dream of mine since.

I Read Other Peoples Blogs.

October 19th, 2009

So, I have yet another assigned blog.  These really aren’t very fun.  The topic this time is what I have learned from reading other people’s blogs.  I have learned things, I just don’t wanna write it because it’s not a topic I would choose to write about.  Anyway, here I go.

I’ve learned one very, very important thing from reading blogs written by other people.  It’s a very simple rule that I probably should have already known.  I should write these blogs the way I talk, not the way I write essays and I should write what comes to mind.  I have a bad habbit of sitting down in front of a key board and typing the way I type essays.  Hopefully, you know what I mean because I can’t really explain it.  I shouldn’t be writing like it though. I should be writing like I’m having fun.  So, from now on, I’m writing more normal.
